EXECUTIVE COACHING

Executive coaching is an opportunity for people to embrace new skills, build confidence in their management style and position them to reach both personal and business goals.

Businesses investing in my coaching services will see the impact in both the work and wellbeing of their employees; the individuals being coached will grow in their roles and feel valued and supported. A win-win for all.

My role is to help people feel confident in their role and equipped to deal with whatever challenges they’re facing, whilst providing structured thinking around what steps to take next. Depending on the objectives there is the opportunity to use various self-awareness tools to gain insights e.g. strengths profile, values cards, 360 feedback.

I am a huge advocate of empathetic leadership, therefore a lot of the coaching techniques will be encouraging people to become more self aware and mindful about the needs of others.

“Leila’s abundance of knowledge and positivity has led me to have a most extraordinary first year in an exec position. This was made possible by the belief and confidence that Leila instilled in me with such patience and support”

“The first time I worked with Leila was when I stepped up and sat on the exec within my company. A time of great change for myself and the business. Leila was able to help me find solutions to my perceived barriers. I’ve found that by working with Leila she has truly shaped who I am as a leader. She has empowered me to believe in my values and hold onto them as I act as a role model for other female leaders who in turn are empowered to act as role models for their teams.

The second time I worked with Leila was when I’d suffered a dip in confidence with presenting. Presenting had historically been something I would say was a natural strength of mine but three years out with covid and working from home can do wonders to knock your confidence! I realised that Leila’s role here was to reignite my belief in my presenting ability. She did this in spectacular fashion and at the same time was able to provide some helpful tips on ensuring my presenting style went from good to great. Leila had my back the whole way and in the hours before I went on stage sent me the most heart warming of messages to remind me what to do if I have a nervous moment, why I was going to succeed, what I should visualise and who I was doing it for. Leila’s reminded me that coaching yes is about developing oneself but it is just as much about impacting those around you.”
